SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

In stock items will be shipped within 48 hours of your order being received by

us. You will receive a shipping notification via email once your item has been

shipped.

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Noosa, Australia. Please note that

our warehouse is open Monday to Friday, we do not ship orders on

weekends or public holidays.

Custom orders will be shipped directly from our factory in India to the

customer, unless otherwise arranged between Nicoco and the customer.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping applies to all Australian orders.

International shipping is calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible

for customs and import taxes, if applicable.

Nicoco uses Australia Post for all shipping where possible. An email with

tracking details will be sent to you as soon as your order has been

dispatched.

Nicoco will in every possible way make sure that your package arrives as

safely as possible but is in no way responsible for any delays in shipping,

damages in transit, packages not received, arrival of your order at the wrong

location due to incorrect delivery address or international customs issues.

Return & Exchange Policy

nicoco accepts exchanges, returns / refunds on clothing and homewares (except for underwear).

 

The following requirements will need to be met:

  • The item/s must be in original condition, with tags remaining in place

  • Item/s must not have been worn, washed or used in any way

  • Items must be sent within one week of receiving item/s from the nicoco online shop

  • Please sight your order number clearly with your return parcel

The shipping cost incurred for exchanges and returning item/s to nicoco are not covered or reimbursed unless by fault of nicoco.

Please email your request to info.nicoco@gmail.com with the subject line being ‘RETURN’ and your order number.

Please note, that many of the items on this website are wearable art products handmade by artisans.  As such there may be small inconsistencies in the print or embroidery which are consistent with all handmade products.

 

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within one week of receipt of item/s describing the fault. We will endeavour to offer to repair, exchange or refund the item/s if we deem the item/s to be faulty. This is governed by Australian consumer law. If we require the goods be returned for inspection, this must be done within 10 days of contacting us at your expense.  If nicoco is at fault and a refund or exchange is offered, nicoco will incur the cost of the returned item/s.

Please note nicoco is not liable for the loss of item/s being returned. We recommend using a registered postal service.

All SALE and reduced price items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, unless faulty.

All information regarding your transaction and identity is kept confidential through Paypal, which uses SSL technology to keep your information safe.


Paypal adheres to the highest security standards, as set by international PCI (payment card industry) compliance.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars and include 10% Goods and Services Tax.

nicoco reserves the right to change prices at any time. In the event of a pricing error on the website, our customer service team will contact you to notify of the discrepancy and provide correct pricing.
